A home for every need and every generation

Intergenerational community living
Created with a profound understanding of generational needs, Estate 361 brings people together through intentional design, amenities and shared spaces catering to different age groups, cultures and lifestyles. Two of our six residences offer dedicated senior living residences managed by Antara Senior Living.

Well-being amenities for all generations
Our estate has something for everyone, including young adults, seniors and families with children. A host of well-being amenities can be found at our clubhouses — The Hub, and The Antara Club for seniors — as well as spread across the community.

India-inspired architecture
Estate 361’s design language honours the traditional while embracing the modern, through keen attention to design, materiality and local context. The use of brick and terracotta across our facades lends warmth and character, while patterns inspired by the Indian craft of jaali work enable ventilation and controlled daylighting.

Car-free ground living
A designated underground vehicular system allows Estate 361 to be a car-free community on ground, enhancing our residents’ safety and minimising pollution.

Countryside-themed landscape
Evoking the feeling of an idyllic countryside, Estate 361 is designed to bring you closer to nature at every step, with over 700 trees across 33 different species. Lush meadows, scenic follies and a winding lake with a bridge meet you as you traverse the estate.

Healthcare amenities at Estate 361
Our intentional approach to intergenerational living allows us to offer residents primary healthcare amenities, managed by Antara and accessible to all residents at Estate 361. These include dedicated lifecare suites, clinical services rooms, a physiotherapy room, and access to a consulting doctor, among others.

Dedicated Sports Block
A dedicated Sports Block houses indoor and outdoor amenities, such as tennis courts, badminton courts and a cricket pitch.

Convenience retail
Our Community Plaza offers an array of convenience retail amenities, and is designed to bring people together for entertainment, leisure and community interaction. With provisions for amenities like a pharmacy, salon, grocery store, ATM etc., the plaza ensures your convenience, above everything else.

Unparalleled urban connectivity
Located in Sector 36A, at the confluence of Dwarka Expressway and Central Peripheral Road (CPR), Estate 361 connects you to key destinations in Gurugram and Delhi.

Why choose an
intergenerational community?
Various research studies have proven that intergenerational communities benefit residents of all generations and age groups. Interaction with elders instills values of empathy, kindness and service in the young, and sensitises them to the concept of healthy ageing. It also improves children’s language development, reading and social skills through interaction with older people.
Seniors too benefit from engagement with the young. Intergenerational setups provide seniors with companionship, emotional support, and a sense of safety, and helps seniors develop a deeper understanding of young people. Studies have also shown that such interactions facilitate better physical health and a higher degree of satisfaction in life for seniors through increased social contact.
